Good service
On one of the sunny days when I was in Kuala Lumpur during the Chinese New Year this year, I make my time to visit my dear jie-mui, Tze Ping. We set the appointment to have brunch in her Pappa Rich’s restaurant located in No 38 Jalan SS15/8, Subang Jaya.
We were there an hour earlier and hence decided to order our drinks first – something cool and refreshing, Ice Kacang.

Not too long after it is being served, the toppings dropped off. Oh gosh, at that point of time, I was so upset. All the grass jelly is on the table
I didn’t intend to ask for replacement. Deep down inside me, I even thought of complaining to Tze Ping when I sees her.
Then not too long after, one of the waitress came by with a bowl and she refills it for me.

Wow, my heart and face color change completely. I am smiling again. Even when Tze Ping is not around, the staff still know how to handle the customers well. A small thought makes a difference.
I am glad for Tze Ping. Your staff is good (too bad I didn’t jot down her name). Keep it up, thank you!
